ENR is a two piece electro synth-pop group based out of KC, consisting of brothers Matt and Steven Beat. They are frequently compared with They Might Be Giants, and Ben Folds - though I'm not really a fan of either comparison. I had a brief stint in this band, while they were still in Omaha. Before that, I was at every show. They are honestly one of the hardest working bands I know, but are still under a lot of people's radar. They have several albums and ep's up for free download on their
Bandcamp. Most recently they begun work on a series of songs based on all the presidents of the U.S.A. One song I can't seem to get out of my head is "James Madison". Album recommendation: Trying To Escape The Bigotry
